TECHNOLOGY FOR CLEANING CONTAMINATED LAND AND DRILL CUTTING
Purpose of the development:
Improvement of ecological situation at extraction, transportation and oil refining sites; cleaning and recirculation of polluted soil.

Description of the development:
() The technology provides a high degree (90-92 %) cleaning of extracted mineral oil with a wide spectrum of organic and mineral phases characteristics.
Process includes the following main stages:
- Extraction of oil using selective solvent,
- Extracting agent recirculation in cleaning process.
Scheme of installation for cleaning of drilled slurry and oil-polluted soil
Driller slurry or oil-polluted soil is loaded into a reservoir by a mechanism, then is fed by an elevator in a grid-type sieve. Under-grid soil or drilled slurry is fed into a cleaning reactor, where they are heated up to 5-45 *C by stream circulating in pipes around the reactor. An extracting agent is fed in the top part of the reactor from the reservoir by means of a centrifugal pump. Drilled slurry or oil-polluted soil is mixed in the reactor by a mechanical mixer. The level of extracting agent should be higher by 20-25 cm of the drilled slurry or oil-polluted soil level. Oil-polluted extracting agent is fed by a pump from the reactor into a distiller, where it is heated up to 82-86 *C by stream. Extracting agent vapor from the top part of the distiller enters a condenser; after cooling extracting agent comes back in the reactor by the centrifugal pump.
