Description of the development:
() Optimization of technological models in a two-stage process allows for extraction of protein by 70 % (first stage) and further by 10-15 % (second stage), with simultaneous isomerization of lactose in lactulose from 35-45 % (first stage) up to 55-65 % (second stage).
