MANUFACTURE OF BIOLOGICAL MEANS FOR PLANTS PROTECTION

Description of the development:

The project provides for the use of unique technologies to produce entomophages and biological preparations for protection of crops against pests (insects and mites) and also mycotic diseases of plants. Products can be used in all regions of the world, where crops are produced, as well for protection of forests and plantations against pests. The project has no analogues in the world, allows solving problems of biological protection of plants and cultivating crops with high parameters of quality and ecological cleanliness. Five biological agents are included in the list of finished product, two are predators for insects and mites, and two are parasites for insect pests: Trichodermin is a biological preparation based on a strain of antagonist Trichoderma asperellum fungus. The preparation is intended for struggle with more than 25 kinds of plants deceases in open and sheltered ground. Production capacity is up to 300 cubic meters preparation per month. The treatment area is up to 7500 hectares. Singularity of the technology is that fungus cultivation is carried out on crops' residues and sawdust. The biological preparation is produced as granules, tablets, powder with different composition of active substances. Encarsia Formosa is an endoparasite for destruction of Trialeurodes vaporariorum larva. Production capacity is up to 72 million larvas per month. The treatment area is up to 1500 hectares. Phytoseiulus persimilis is a predatory mite destroying Tetranychus urticae (red spider mite), with affects more than 120 kinds of agricultural plants, including cotton. Production capacity is up to 5 million mites per month. The treatment area is up to 3000 hectares. Bracon hebetor is a parasite for destructive insects, which destroys more than 60 kinds of pests of Lepidoptera order. Production capacity is up to 1 million imagoes per month. The treatment area is up to 1000 hectares. Chrysoperla carnea (Goldeneye ordinary) is a predator in a larva stage destroying more than 120 kinds of various destructive insects and mites. Production capacity is up to 20 million predator's eggs per month. The treatment area is up to 1000 hectares. It is possible to create manufacture of other kinds of bioagents, for example, Verticillium lecani, beaveria bassiana. The biological agents specified in the project for protection of plants do not influence on environment, including a man, birds, animals, bees. Their victims have no opportunity of adaptation. In some cases there is no alternative to this bioagents, for example, at treatment of green plantings in residential communities. They do not produce harmful chemical substances in crops. It will allow to produce crops with no use of chemical preparation. The bioagents enable to protect plants against more than 25 kinds of pathogenic agents and more than 300 kinds of phytophages. Biological preparations and entomophages can be used in sheltered and open grounds. BIOCOMPLEX 1. Main building. Biogenerators intended for continuous cultivation of fungi (starting from loading of nutrient medium to production of finished biological product as a dry or wet powder) are located here. The building's area is 2400 square meters. 11. Building for biological product's modification. Modification of produced biological products with addition of different active substances (combination with a growth accelerator, creation of a biological agent with two active substances of an insecticidal and fungicidal character), applying of spores on granules, production of a fine dispersed powder, drying of the modified biological product, packing of finished goods are carried out in this building. Production of master cultures for the basic manufacture is a clean fungi culture is also located here. In the case the corresponding equipment settles down. The building's area is 250 square meters. 2. Phytotron for production of Chrysoperia carnea (Golden-eye) predator. Phytotron is equipped with climatic equipment, air curtains, traps. For cyclicity of manufacture, it is shared into three sections: plants, owner, predator with area of 1000 square meters for each. The phytotro sections' area is 3000 square meters. The following process - production of predator's culture, its eggs, packing and account are carried out in the main technological building of insects. 3. Phytotron for production of Encarsia Formosa parasite (plant for the parasite's owner). Phytotron is supplied with climatic equipment, air curtains, traps. The phytotron's area is 500 square meters. Production of parasite's culture, owner and the parasite itself, packing and account are carried out the main technological biocomplex's building and technological building of insects. 4. Phytotron for production of Phytoseiulus persimilis parasite (plant for predator's owner). Phytotron is equipped with climatic equipment, air curtains, traps. The phytotron's general area is 500 square meters. The further process - production of predator's culture, owner and predator itself, packing and account are carried out in the main technological building of insects. 5. Technological building of insects. Prepacking and packing of insects from all manufactures is carried out in this building. The area is 85 square meters. 6. The main technological biocomplex's building. Basic manufactured of all insects, their cultures and owners, sterilizing rooms and laboratories are located here. The building's area is 400 square meters. 7. Administrative building. Shop, planning and economic departments are located here. The building's area is 50 square meters. 8. Research facility. Here laboratories of quality of production and development of manufactures settle down. The building's area is 50 square meters. 9. Warehouses. They are intended for storing media components, finished products. The warehouses area is not less than 50 square meters. 9, 10. Water tower and boiler-house. Biological manufacture requires stable, uninterrupted heat and water supply, therefore, construction of boiler and water-pump station is stipulated. The whole technological area is 5035 square meters. Taking into account local roads, green zones, boiler-house, water-pump station and auxiliary premises, the general area is up to 10000 square meters.
