Description of the development: () The mix is prepared by addition of sodium humate and sulphanole (3% of water volume) in water.
Bitumen (10% of consumed water quality) is warmed up separately up to the temperature of from 40 to 50 degrees. Solutions are mixed at from 60 to 70 degrees during 0.5-1 hour.
As a results, a monodisperse water-emulsion mass possessing high plasticity and fluidity is obtained.
