Description of the development: () The assembly consists of a frame, system for compressed gas supply with hoses, electric motor installed in a frame's center. A rotating disk is fixed on a electric motor's shaft. A piston system is located in the top part of the frame. Though apertures were made in the bottom walls of piston cavities and rotary disk. Elastic elements were installed in piston cavities.
