WELDING EXPLODER PS-5
Purpose of the development:
Welding of wires to a metal structure, punching of bolts, sealing of shrinkage holes and dints in steel structures.
Description
Recommended application field:
Different areas of national economy.
Advantages over analogues:
- Increase of welding strength 1.1–1.9 times;
- Decrease of the product weight by 3–28%;
- Decrease of power inputs by 25–50%.
Efficiency of the welding exploders was confirmed by full-scale tests in Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Krasnozavodsk Chemicals Plant” (Krasnozavodsk), JSC “Tattransgas” (Kazan).
