TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

VOLT-AMPEROMETRIC ANALYZER OF A NEW GENERATION


Purpose of the development: High-sensitive analysis of objects (food raw materials and foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, biosubstratums, atmospheric air, etc.) for content of microadmixtures of different components of inorganic and organic nature with electrochemical activity. The instrument is perspective for usage in ecological centers and sanitation supervision services, in geology and metallurgy. It can also be applied for scientific research.

Recommended application field: Different industries of national economy.

Advantages over analogues: An original design of a spinning solid-state electrode ensures high reliability of operation. There are different modes of measuring (constant-current and alternating-current modes with frequency of rectangular unipolar impulses 25 Hz and 12.5 Hz). All modes are compatible with the mode of inversion and cyclical volt-amperometric analysis. A unique database has been created on the methods of executing analysis of practically of any object under investigation, it incorporates about 1000 methods (120 of them have been certified in Russia) is created. Analogs with such range of research objects and measurement accuracy are not known.

The instrument is a fully automated high-sensitivity measuring complex with unique software and a highly efficient electrode system, which allows to analyze a broad spectrum of substances. Main elements of the instrument: a detecting device, measuring unit and PC. The system operates with any type of indicator electrodes: solid-state ones made of any materials and mercury (dripping and static). The software ensures the instrument's operation in all modes of volt-amperometric analysis with different types of electrodes and in any mode of registration. It allows processing the volt-amperograms in an automatic mode; to calculate concentrations of substances in samples and products by the methods of gauge graphs, additives, standard solutions; automatically to fill in the protocols of the analysis; to register samples.
