TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

PORTABLE COMPUTER THERMOGRAPH "IRTIS 2000"


Purpose of the development: Heat non-destructive monitoring, flaw detection and identification/measuring.

Recommended application field: The device is promising for use in monitoring the state of electrical and thermal technical equipment (high-power transformers, high voltage electric mains, boiler aggregates, electric generators); investigation of heat losses by buildings and installations; ecological monitoring of the environment; diagnostics of fuel and energy, oil- and gas- production complexes, systems of electric energy, oil, gas transportation and storage.

Technical characteristic: Диапазон измеряемых температур: -40/+1700°С, чувствительность к перепаду температур - 0.05°С на уровне 30°С, погрешность измерения абсолютных температур по АЧТ: 1°С или 1% по всему полю изображения в течение трех лет эксплуатации без перекалибровки. Вес ИК-камеры: - 1.5 кг, непрерывное время работы - 8 часов.

Advantages over analogues: - high sensitivity to temperatures change across the whole image field; - characteristics stability in time; - full compensation of temperature drift at each exposure; - the IK chamber operates without an optical system at the input, which enables it to immediately adapt to the environment and produce accurate measurement; - data at any temperature values and changes; - high reliability and reparability, low power consumption; - flexible architecture, enabling to adapt the thermograph and software to the customer s requirements; - ease in operation, possibility to mount and operate the IK chamber in places that are hazardous or hard for the operator to reach; - a broad database of thermograms of measuring different equipment, providing for express prognosis of the monitored systems state. As opposed to the best analogs, the thermograph measures temperature in each point of the irrespective of the ambient temperature. By its main technical and economic parameters (accuracy, measurement stability and error, working and measured temperatures range, continuous operation duration, mass-dimension parameters, significantly lower cost) it surpasses the best foreign analogs of FLIR SYSTEMS (the USA), NEC (Japan).

The thermograph incorporates a precision scanner with an infrared photodetecting device, cooled with liquid nitrogen, on base of In Sb or Hg Cd Te structures. A new product with improved properties. It significantly surpasses the best analogs in the price/quality ratio. There is a significant amount of known - how in the scanner design.
