PROCESS FOR ELECTROPLASMOLYSIS OF VEGETAL AND BIOLOGICAL RAW MATERIALS AND APPARATUS FOR REALIZATION THEREOF


Purpose of the development: Food industry.

Technical characteristic: Technological line for processing fruits using electroplasmolysis: 1 - tipper, 2 - input hopper, 3 - washing machine, 4 - inspection conveyor, 5 - inclined conveyor, 6 - crusher, 7 - pulp hopper, 8 - pump, 9 - electroplasmoliyator, 10 - flow, 11 - press.

Advantages over analogues: Innovative aspects and main advantages " Increased juice yield from vegetables, fruits and berries by 2-10%, depending on the type of raw materials " Accelerated process of pressing apple pomace - by 20% " Increased evaporation rate in the production of concentrate tomato products - by 15% " Increased drying rate of pressed apple pomace - by 15-18% " An exit of cod-liver oil from breeds of fish increased at 8-14% " Content of cod-liver oil in a fish received from pressing-drier process to 25%.
