Purpose of the development: The complex is intended for criminalistic researches as well as for laboratory and field examinations.

Recommended application field: The complex is used in a number of the Moscow administrations of internal affairs. It has been successfully tested in the Berlin Criminal Police.

Advantages over analogues: There are no analogs known. Specially designed portable solid-state lasers and mini-lasers on dyes provide smooth adjustment of radiation wave length, which ensure record location capability of the device. The complex is distinguished by high mobility. There are fiber-optic leads used in "Delar-4" for strong laser radiation that provides intensive light-striking of an investigated object in large area. The instrument design includes a lot of know-how.

Strong radiation of visible spectrum (532-640 nm) is used in the complex to initiate luminescence of latent evidence of a crime (fingerprints on non-standard surfaces; inscriptions, seals, stamps corroded or blotted out with ink; traces of human egesta, micro-fibres). Luminescent image can be watched, shooted and also registered by means of a digital camera or video camera with subsequent computer processing. The complex is a new product with improved consumer properties. It possesses certain market prospects concerning replacement of conventional instruments.
