With the installation ХIТО-5М it is possible to improve thermal-chemical processing of small details of various forms, with the surface area of up to 3-4 cubic cm. The installation provides smooth adjustment of the output voltage the mechanized introduction of the detail in the vertical position into a bath with electrolyte. Its use with the new developed electrolytes allows an essential increase of the corrosion durability of machining details, tools and technical equipment, as well as their working resource, without applying expensive coverings.
