Purpose of the development: Is intended for on-line measurement, processing and analysis of vibration signals, calculation of vibration diagnostic parameters of industrial equipment in the course of its use and maintenance, measurement of dynamic characteristics, monitoring of parameters of devices and mechanisms in steam turbine control systems while adjusting, setting and testing them.

Recommended application field: recording, processing and prompt analysis of vibration signals calculation and presentation of time and spectral characteristics recording and presentation of vibroimpact processes, calculation of resonance characteristics recording of velocity characteristics of machines with torsion shafts when stopping and starting-up dynamic balancing of rotors on their supports checking of vibration levels in industrial, residential and public buildings adjustment and testing of steam turbine servo-systems measurement of parameters and adjustment of steam turbine safety devices

Advantages over analogues: The device enables to perform signals processing and analyzing immediately at the site of operation of the equipment, which provides prompt acquisition of data required for analysis and decision-making.

The ВК-5 vibrometer-analyser comes as a portable device installed in a case. Power supply: from mains or a rechargeable battery. It is laptop-based with a data logging unit and is used for measurement, processing, presentation and storage of dynamic signals received from various gages – vibration, pressure, linear and angular shifts sensors, tachometers, switch relays.
