Purpose of the development: The proposed method provides determination of active power in the AC high-voltage line taking into account a measuring copmlex's systematic error.

Advantages over analogues: Accuracy increase at determination of active power in the AC high-voltage line due to taking into account the dependence of the systematic error on a measuring voltage transformer's operation mode and a voltage drop in connecting wires.

The method consists in measurement of voltage, active and reactive power and current proper in the AC high-voltage line, determination of the systematic error in measuring current and voltage transformers by values measured. Value of active power is determined by subtraction of the systematic error from the measured active power value. Current is additionally measured in a voltage transformer's secondary circuit, the systematic error of the measuring voltage transformer, connecting wires and measuring system are specified.
