Advantages over analogues:
The introduction of technology of refractory cements and concretes on their basis in comparison with existing technologies of manufacturing refractory bricks will reduce energy consumption by eliminating one step of firing, and the introduction of technology for production of heat-resistant cements improve the environmental situation in Ukraine.

Description of the development:
() Designed refractory cements and concretes on their basis of high performance: strength cement 60-80 MPa Fire From 1700-2500, the degree of softening in a temperature range of 100-2000 C for up to 15%, high temperature resistance, resistance to aggressive environments (SO , aromatics and other hydrocarbons, alkali, molten mass and slag, etc.), stability of the chemical and phase composition in the operation up to 2500 C. The use of these materials will replace a lining of refractory bricks on a seamless monolithic, that greatly increase its service life, reduce the number of process downtime and preventive maintenance of power plants.
Designed as heat-resistant cement-based solid waste chemical, metallurgy, mining and other industries. These early strength cement with a low water-cement ratio, are bounded compressive strength at 7 days of hardening of 70-100 MPa, the heat resistance of more than 1,400 C. The introduction of these cements and concretes on their basis is made using recycled materials will expand the raw material base of Ukraine, engaged release waste area under construction, improve the ecological situation in Ukraine, to replace expensive imported raw materials. These cements can be used for the production of heat-resistant concrete for lining heat-stressed areas of high temperature plants of various industries, as well as white and decorative building cement.
Cost developed cement 1.5 times cheaper alumina cement.
Industrial output developed cements can be arranged at the operating enterprises of refractory and cement industry without additional investment.
