Pig waste, are processed, high-quality organic fertilizer are and biogas, which is produced, has significant energy potential and is used as an energy source. Pig waste from the premises through the cracks in the floor by gravity to the collection, from which is pumped into the preheater, equipped with a device for mixing and heating system. Here, for 8 hours have heated up to the temperature of fermentation waste (52-550S) and is carried out first, kislotogennaya, stage of anaerobic fermentation. Then the mass is fed into the bioreactor, where the continuation of the second 10 days of being implemented, methanogens, stage of the process, which completes the waste treatment. The bioreactor is also equipped with a device for mixing and maintaining the system the thermal regime. When you receive the next portion of the raw material from the preheater to the bioreactor is equivalent to the amount of mass that is processed, poured from the bioreactor in the collection-aerator, which is saturated with oxygen. This contributes to the oppression of activity of anaerobic microbes, discontinuation of biogas. From the collection of the aerator-fermented mass is fed by gravity into a centrifuge for fractionation. The dewatered sludge is fed into the conveyor vehicles for export on the field as a solid fertilizer. Purified part (centrate) from the centrifuge comes to the collection and to the extent necessary, used for the needs of the installation (flush pipes), or as a liquid fertilizer. Biogas, which is formed in the fermentation process, enters the gas tank storage. In winter, biogas is mainly used as fuel in a boiler to heat water, which is used in heating systems and reactors for domestic needs pig. In summer, the excess biogas can be processed into electricity, or vehicle fuel.
