Purpose of the development: The blade has been designed to clean flow string wall from hardened tamping materials (cement, gums), salt depositions and corrosion during drilling by downhole motors (D-85, D-105 and others).

Recommended application field: Works related to pullout of holes, in particular, drilling-out by a plugged bit when a crust of a considerable thickness, that can complicate repair work processes and subsequent well operation, is left on the flow string wall.

Advantages over analogues: The blade is mounted right above the plugged bit, which excludes the additional round-trip when using conventional blades.
