Technology and installation used for the production of methanol product in the gas production and transmission facilities, which use methanol as a hydrate inhibitor that improves the efficiency of cycling process in the development of gas condensate fields. Yield target (for controlling the methane hydrate) Product 21 kg / 1000 m3 of natural gas which is fed to the unit. Selectivity to desired products 52% of the gas at the outlet from the plant at 11,5-12,0% greater than the volume of natural gas which is fed to the unit. Calorie gas output setting is not lower than 32 000 kJ / m 3, which corresponds to LICs standards for natural gas GOST 5542-87. Technology has been tested for 10 years on the pilot plant with capacity of 100 tons of methanol / year. The settings can be designed for any performance by the customer.
