NEW ELECTROLYTIC TECHNIQUES OF COMPOUNDS PRODUCTION FROM WHITE PHOSPHORUS

Еlectrolytic techniques of compounds production from white phosphorus.

Advantages over analogues:
There have been developed essentially new techniques of production in soft conditions of ethers and amidoethers of acids of phosphorus (alkil- and arylphosphate, pyrophosphate, amidophosphate, arylphosphine) directly from white phosphorus with a good output, skipping the stages of chlorination.

Description of the development:
() The electrolytic tank is a static cell without a diaphragm, working with variable loading.
The preliminary estimation of the cost of the products obtained electrochemically from white phosphorus testifies to the economic solvency of the technology (cost of the electric power consumed by the process makes about 0.2% of the total product cost). The technological process consists in electrolysis of a mix of white phosphorus with appropriate reagents.
A laboratory electrolytic tank has been created. The RF patents have been received.
