Coloproctology (endoscopic plasma evaporation of polyps in the rectum and others). Otolaryngology (haemostasis in cases of bleeding due to different causes, etc). Gynecology (treatment of some of deseases of the cervix, vaginal benign newgrowths and others). Stomatology (removal of atheromae of the jaw-facial zone, of oral cavity epulis; pulpa thermocoagulation and others).

Description of the development:

Short-time contactless action on the damaged area of tissue with plasma (temperature more than 2500°C) generated in a high-frequency arc discharge at the monoactive electrode being drawn to the treated area on the patient`s body at a distance 1-5 mm. The device consists of a high-frequency generator, a tooling kit (electrodes), a foot pedal to switch on and off the electrode. The tooling holder allows for prompt replacement of the wire and rigid electrodes. Devices produced by foreign firms for analogous applications, for example, "Valleylab" (the USA), ERBE (Germany) are characterized by high power (200-300 W) and weight (around 20 kg), require use of argon. Its production and sale have been permitted by the Ministry of Health of the RF.
