Purpose of the development: Evaluation of physical and emotional state of people with the purpose to determine their intentions, including: Identification and monitoring of psychophysiological and emotional state of groups of people and individuals; Prediction of the physiological state of a person; Transmission of information reflecting the psychophysiological and emotional state of a person with the use of conventional means of communication, services and exchange protocols of the existing mobile devices; Evaluation of the impact of contamination of the biosphere with electromagnetic fields.

Recommended application field: Devices for medical and diagnostic aims.

Advantages over analogues: Analogs of such systems and devices are not known. The development contains considerable volume of know-how.

The system using opportunities of an artificial intelligence permits to receive qualitatively new knowledge of a psychophysiological and emotional state of a person due to specially developed algorithms of identification of an object. The algorithms were developed on the basis of principles of the theory of nonlinear dynamic processes for analysis and evaluation of oscillations of different systems and organs of the living organisms. Due to selective methods of measurement (passive and active) it is possible to get appropriate response on frequencies, characteristic for a given system. Recording, computer processing and interpretation of signals from different systems of an organism allow to get a general picture of a psychophysiological state of a person. By design the system is supposed to be an autonomous device with mass-size characteristics comparable with cellular telephones and pocket computers. With the help of the device it will be possible to make measurements and produce diagnostic results. Processing of the results, their identification and comparison with standard or retrieval data will be carried out on remote servers possessing the required speed and memory. The device will be linked with servers via Internet. Development of devices for home and special applications is possible. Home devices can be widely applied for medical and diagnostic purposes. Special application devices are intended for fast and authentic identification of a psychophysiological state a person and his(her) intentions.
