Purpose of the development: EXPERT MOBILE Analyzer provides rapid non-destructive quantitative analysis of the objects of the control method of energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis.

The analyzer can be used in the field, consisting of stationary and mobile laboratories. The objects of control: - Solid products (fragments), sheets, wire, bulk samples, the chips; - Metal alloys, scrap metal, the charge, ferro alloys, ingots and precious metal products, etc.; - Cement, glass, ores, soils, slag, sludge, and other non-metallic objects. EXPERT Mobile Analyzer allows without prior calibration of the standards to make a direct quantitative analysis of samples multielementny alloys of any composition and arbitrary shape. The analyzer is used at all stages of the production cycle and the purchase / sale of products and raw materials: - Control of the chemical composition of raw materials (including sorting scrap metal); - Operational control of the metal in the smelting process; - Non-destructive testing of metal alloy products: parts, rolled, etc.; - Analysis of the composition of the metal when buying / selling. Analyzer EXPERT Mobile has a built-in methods of control reproducibility of the metrological characteristics. The device is simple to use and requires minimum operator training.
