Purpose of the development: The sensors are designed to control the composition of the gas environment (compounds of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, moisture and other gases) for various types of industries and environmental monitoring.

Recommended application field: The development can be realized at the enterprises of Instrumentation and organizations of environment protection.

Technical characteristic: The sensors can record the gas concentration in the emission gases with a high degree of selectivity, stability and low response time (3-6 sec), have high sensitivity (eg for CO - 10 ppm, the recovery time - no more than 6 seconds). Easily interfaced with a computer.

Advantages over analogues: The comparative analysis made on the basis of patent search shows that the essential features of technical solutions sensors have several advantages over analogues.

Technical and economic effect: The economic advantages of sensors based on use for its manufacturing mainly resources of Ukraine, group methods of microelectronics, the lack of precious materials, low labor input.
