NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF PRECISION SWITCHING BOARD
Purpose of the development:
Ecologically clean technology, which is based on the original method of vacuum metallization provides high-quality application layer of copper on the surface and wall mounting and wiring board vias in a single cycle and can be used in the manufacture of printed circuits and hybrid microcircuits for plating:
- Installation and vias bilateral, multi-layered and multi-level wages;
- Plat with the relief switching performance;
- Fees on a flexible basis;
- Hybrid thick-, thin-film circuits.
Recommended application field:
Enterprise of radioelectronic industry.
