TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

THE NEWEST TECHNOLOGY OF FERMIC (WARM) ROLLING SPECIAL THIN SHEET OF THE ULTRA-LOW-CARBON AND LOW-CARBON STEEL FOR COLD STAMPING OR DEEP-DOME

Purpose of the development: The technology is designed to produce a thin sheet of low carbon steels which are widely used in automotive and other engineering industries in the manufacture of cold formed parts car body parts as well as industrial and household products.

Recommended application field: Mechanical engineering.

Technical characteristic: Developed: - Rational rolling conditions, including the processing of metal at temperatures sub-critical; - The upper and lower temperature limits of ferritic zones depending on the amount of carbon in the chemical composition of the metal (0,001-0,025%) were determined, this ensures an rolling thin sheet of ultra-low-carbon steel in the temperature range of single-phase ferritic state, and provides ready-rolled microstructure with a uniform ferrite grains, which is provided with GOST 16523-97; - Developed requirements for the micro-structure, which provide the necessary rolled sheets stamped.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Description of the development:
()
The technology allows to: - Use hot or cold rolled products instead get a quality tackle for cold rolling mills (an increase of the relative elongation of 20% on a constant high strength - 280-320 MPa); - Reduce the cost of steel at 20-50 USD / ton by reducing energy costs for natural gas in connection with the exception of the special technology of thin steel remodeling process - cold rolling and annealing; - Increase the yield of leaf production and improve productivity; - Reduce consumable utilization of raw materials; - Use studied rolling conditions in the organization of production in Ukraine ultra-low-carbon steel and thin sheet of them in terms of "Zaporizhstal".
