TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

BIOMASS AND OTHER ORGANIC WASTED BY CHARCOAL WOOD CHARCOAL HEAT AND ELECTRICITY ENERGY


Purpose of the development: The developed technology provides an efficient recycling of various waste biomass: sunflower, buckwheat husk and rice, nuts, shells, wood chips and more.

Recommended application field: Waste management companies.

Technical characteristic: The implementation of integrated biomass processing technologies and its waste is possible in two ways: - Production of thermal energy in the form of high-temperature combustion products and carbon residue - charcoal; - Preparation of thermal energy and generating gas supplied to the internal combustion engine connected to energygenerator. Thermooxidative pyrolysis pilot plant with capacity of 70 kW for a given biomass provides the overall efficiency of 90-95% of the process, including the efficiency of thermal power generation - 45%. The resulting pyrolysis gas that has a calorific value of 16 MJ / m cube.

Advantages over analogues: Advantages: - Autothermal process of thermooxidative pyrolysis, allowing to create stand-alone installation of biomass and its waste directly into the field of education; - The relatively low temperature pyrolysis (500-600 C) by low-acid atmosphere in heat; - Full use of biomass and waste through the integrated use of all the pyrolysis products.

Description of the development:

Processing of biomass and organic waste is in heat by of thermooxidative pyrolysis. During this process pyrolysis gas and coke residue (charcoal). Pyrolysis gas without treatment is used as fuel to generate heat energy. Coke residue can be used as a technological product - through its activation to produce activated carbon at the outlet of the chamber of the pyrolysis, or as an energy product - the direct combustion or gasification of the next.
