Purpose of the development: Descaling and sediment (water stone) of water for heating.

Recommended application field: Treatment of brackish water in places where the boiler is formed scale deposits and as a result of changes in water temperature or pressure, such as boilers, heat exchangers, compressor units with piping diameters of plus or minus 10-1000 mm.

Advantages over analogues: Treatment of water in the pipe diameter from 10 mm to 1000 mm. Significantly lower capital and operating costs, maintenance costs compared to other methods of water treatment. The price is competitive relative to foreign producers of similar products. The product is characterized by high quality, certified in accordance with ISO 9001. Environmentally safe. It appears three-year warranty. Repaid within one year.

Technical and economic effect: Water treatment does not require the use of chemicals to protect the devices from different scale. Simple and quick installation without damage to the pipeline. Constant chemical composition of the treated water.

East-Slovakian company has developed a device for non-chemical water treatment. Their operating principle is based on the change in the supramolecular structure of the treated water the influence of electromagnetic fields. The system includes an electronic unit and the winding (the coil). The design of the device depends on the rate of water flow and pipe diameter. Available fifty standardized models for domestic and industrial equipment with capacity of 0.1 m3/hr to 5500 m3/hr. The treated water is softer, does not form scale, capable of dissolving and removing existing deposits.
