GRADIENT CERAMIC HEATERS FOR HOUSEHOLD AND INDUSTRIAL DEVICES
Purpose of the development:
The use as heating elements in various instruments, devices, media.
Recommended application field:
Heaters for use in aggressive environments, infrared emitters for various applications, heaters for boilers, heaters and heaters for drying machines, heaters, household appliances, heaters technological devices (furnaces, dies).

when working in heavy tepoobmena:

Advantages over analogues:

Description of the development:
() Ceramic "spiral" is located inside the ceramic "shell" ceramic material "spiral" has a melting point of about 3000 degrees C and is heated electric current supplied through contacts, to a temperature of 1400-2300 degrees C.
Hot spiral radiates heat flux density of 125 W / sm.kv.. Ceramic electrical insulation and acts as a shell and a heat transfer medium with a thermal conductivity of 40-60 W / m K. The ceramic shell provides high parameters device operation in the entire range of operating temperatures. It has a unique combination of mechanical, thermal, electrical properties and high corrosion resistance. The ceramic shell can work in direct contact with food. The innovation elements can be used as high-performance ballast resistors 0,3-3000 Ohm for power and electrical engineering as ceramic thermocouples with linear characteristic in the range of 200-2000 degrees C and a sensitivity of 60 mV / degree as an external heating units sintered sample laboratory microwave ovens at the temperature 1000-2000 degrees C, both dense and porous ceramic products Si3N4, ALN, BN, SiC and other oxygen-free compounds.
