DEVICE FOR TREATING GAS AND WASTE WATER FROM ORGANIC POLLUTANTS
Purpose of the development:
Developed system refers to plants of anaerobic treatment from otorganic pollutants gas and sewage and can be used in food, chemical and pharmaceutical, microbiological, and other industries, processing agricultural products, and housing and communal services.
Recommended application field:
Can be used in food, chemical and pharmaceutical, microbiological industry.
Advantages over analogues:
Existing systems for wastewater treatment have significant drawbacks, such as a small rate of treatment and the risk of re-contamination of the atmosphere biogas. So far, the installation of integrated gas purification and sewage treatment were not used.
The developed technology allows purify both gases and waste water, recycle gas emissions from industrial facilities in a useful biogas. During the processing organic pollutants are converted into sludge, which enters into the zone of bioreaction. According to calculations the authors, developed system will have a much lower cost and three times less power output than the existing counterparts. The new installation does not require process water for the irrigation of the gas. In the previous installation of the water before it reaches the treatment plant, resulting in additional costs.

The transformation of organic contaminants into the biogas contributes to reduction in natural gas consumption, increase economic efficiency and environmental conservation.
Description of the development:
() Installation works as follows. Waste water having passed the preliminary purification of crude and mineral impurities, pipeline comes to regulating cistern, from which by pipelines enter the active zone of an anaerobic bioreactor, where fermentation takes place under the action of microorganisms, and the organic matter turn with the release of biogas, which accumulates at the top of the hood, where the gas by pipeline enters the gas tank
