Technical and economic effect: The product is made from better quality and cheaper materials than the traditionally used. The cleaning process is very simple. Installation of sewage treatment is characterized by high reliability, a long lifetime. The cleaning cycle - 24/12 hour (depending on the nature of operations, reactor size, etc.).

Description of the development:

Waste water flows into the activation tank, equipped with a system delay of large suspended solids. This tank is aerated with bubble aeration system. For the maintenance system can be removed without any delay in the installation of wastewater treatment. Compressed air is supplied to the compressor, which is over capacity, or in an adjacent room. Microorganisms in the form of activated sludge in the presence of oxygen (activated mixture) is used to remove organic and nitrogen contaminants from wastewater. The activated mixture was kept in a settling pit, where the separation of sludge and treated water, which is released into the receiving environment or infiltration pits or used for technical purposes.
