Purpose of the development: An automated information-measuring system of commercial accounting of electricity-generating enterprises (State Enterprise AMR) based on PTC ECOM is designed to provide an effective metering of electricity and power to the grid objects to the requirements of the wholesale electricity market (WEM).

Recommended application field: Integrating and managing energy in various sectors of the economy.

Advantages over analogues: AMR GP provides a complete solution of the following tasks: - Measurement of user parameters of electrical energy in a single time; - Automated data collection and accumulation of energy accounting system at different levels; - Long-term storage of information in databases; - Automatic data processing and preparation with custom design schemes; - Display of data in graphical and tabular forms in the workstations of users; - The formation of accounting documents based on templates; - Automatic delivery of necessary data administrator of the trading system; - Exchange of information with related subjects of the wholesale electricity market; - Automation of the process of planning, control and analysis and reports in the units generating company.

Typical structure of the system includes information-measuring complexes (IMC) of the points of accounting, information and computer systems of electrical (CSE) and information-processing complex upper level systems. More complex systems may additionally have a common center of data collection, such as data consolidation companies generating companies on the level of wholesale generating company. At the points of consideration in the IIC used counters with metrological certification and meet the technical requirements of the DCP.
