Purpose of the development: The sensor is designed for operation in vibration monitoring and vibration protection of turbines, pumps, motors and other equipment. The sensor measures the vibration parameters one by one, two, three mutually perpendicular directions, can act as an intelligent switch hardware (sensor-relay).

Recommended application field: Conversion of mechanical vibrations in the base voltage and current proportional to the acceleration of each spatial axis. Frequency Filtering LF and HF components of the signal, which provides a working frequency range. Analog to digital conversion. Integration of the acceleration and the calculation of RMS vibration. Remote calibration of the output variable. Data transfer via RS-485 (Protocol Modbus RTU). Remote configuration network address, baud rate, serial number, quantities preventive and emergency settings. Storing the settings in nonvolatile memory. Software Testing channels defined by the top level. Stabilization of the external power supply and protection against reverse polarity and surge. Description of the development:

The sensor is designed in a a monoblock with a cable for external connections. Body material is steel with nickel-plated. The sensing element is based on a capacitive accelerometer. The sensor has nine variants that are provided by the installation of appropriate components and firmware: three options (in the number of spatial directions of vibration) to the outputs of clip-on acceleration and vibration on digital; three options for digital outputs for vibration; three options with discrete output signals. Digital signal permits operation of the relay with a control voltage of 24 V and currents up to 100 mA.
