Purpose of the development: Temperature control furnace tubes under dynamic and steady-state operating conditions, prevention of pre-emergency situations in the furnaces of steam power. Observation of the dynamics behind the formation of deposits in the furnace tubes, control of transients and economically optimal management regimes flue steam ACS SSKD and power plants.

Recommended application field: Instrument-making.

Description of the development:

Designed, installed and operating at supercritical steam generators operating (ACS) and ultra-supercritical (SSKD) pressure display gauges to measure the temperature and heat flux. The sensors have high sensitivity. They consist of two furnace tubes (diameter 32.6 mm, length 500 mm, with two redundant thermocouples. Measurements are made in real industrial environments with minimal distortion of the temperature field screens.
