PORTABLE DEVICE FOR MEASUREMENT OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS
Purpose of the development:
Designed for mobile and stationary measurement of surface roughness.
Recommended application field:
Mechanical engineering,.
Technical characteristic:
- Accuracy class 1 according to DIN 4772 (accuracy: 5% of the span). Type 240 850;
- The measured surface roughness: Ra, Rz, Rmax, Rt, Rq, RPc, RSm, Rmrc, Rp, Rpm, R3z, Rz-ISO, Rsk, Rku, Rde the norms DIN, ISO and the Japanese standards JIS;
- Storing data on 125 measurements of the last 10 measurements are stored with profile settings;
- The measurement range of up to 250 microns Rmax;
- The possibility of entering the tolerances output results in micrometers or micro-inches;
- Track measurements 1.5; 4,8 and 15 (max.16) mm, and with a normalized segment;
- Individual trace measurements 1-5 (freely selectable);
- Indication of the position of the probe for the precise alignment of the device;
- Digital filter M1;
- Indication of the measurement results on the liquid crystal display;
- Built-in printer to output measurement protocol;
- Serial interface for connection to a PC;
- The power supply via a conventional 9V battery.

There is a performance of the instrument (T1000 wave) for additional control waviness (waviness parameters: Wa, Wz, Wmax, Wt, WPc, WSm, Wq, WMrc, Wp, Wpm, Wsk, Wku).
There are instruments (T1000 top) for additional control microprofile (microprofile parameters: Pa, Pz, Pmax, Pt, PPc, PSm, Pq, PMrc, Pp, Ppm, Psk, Pku, Pde).
The device can be equipped with optional equipment:
- A standard probe T1E;
- Probe for measuring beads T1D;
- Probe for openings of 2 mm;
- Probe for measurements on radii T1KK;
- Paper for recording (1 set - 10 rolls);
- A device for controlling a large diameter shaft WA16;
- Stand SH-100;
- Normal surface roughness RNDH, carbide.
