DISINFECTION TECHNOLOGY OF DRINKING WATER, HOUSEHOLD AND INDUSTRIAL WASTERWATER WITH ULTRA-VIOLET (UV) IRRADIATION

Description of the development:
() The method is based on the ability of UV radiation with a certain wavelength (in the range from 205 to 315 nm) to influence the enzyme systems of bacteria, causing their death. Feature of this method is that it does not make any chemical compounds, which means that water does not change the physical, chemical and flavor characteristics. We recommend the use of UV disinfection desalting reverse osmosis water instead of widely used methods of chlorination and dechlorination.
