Recommended application field: Microwave radiation devices

Technical characteristic: The quality factor up to 5000. Care of the resonance frequency in the temperature range -60-85 C * - no more than 0,000005 (f / fT). Ceramic substrates for microwave technology have size 30h48 mm with a relative permittivity of 48 and 40 and the dialectic of loss, not more than 0.0004.
