Purpose of the development: The new high-technology manufacturing complex (nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium) fertilizer for acid-free scheme of mechanochemical activation method is easily available and inexpensive commodity components: phosphate, ammonium sulphate and potassium chloride. The main stages of the manufacturing process include: Dosing of components in the activator of the shock-abrasive action, activation, granulation, drying (if necessary), packing.

Recommended application field: Agriculture.

Advantages over analogues: Almost comparable in their effectiveness in well-known brand NPK 16:16:16 at a much lower cost to the active substance P2O5 (approximately four times).

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: - Reduction of production costs assimilable P2O5 - The lack of environmentally hazardous waste - Expanding the range of complex fertilizers by a simple, flexible circuits - Manufacture of NPK fertilizers on agricultural producer facilities
