Purpose of the development: Production of electrical and thermal energy

Recommended application field: Energy, engineering, agriculture, mining and metals industry.

Advantages over analogues: Implementation of fuel-cell technology will allow in at least two or three times to reduce natural gas consumption and thus reduce emissions of harmful substances into the environment. Fuel cell technology is really high, capable of leading the country to the highest stage of development.

Technical and economic effect: Powders of zirconium oxide composition 10Sc - 1Ce - ZrO2 of Ukrainian raw material deposits and electron-beam deposition of films on the porous anode, electrolyte, which is the bearer of the entire fuel cell, which significantly improves the overall conductivity of the electrolyte and the entire cell to a level of about 0.2 ohm / cm 2 at 600 °.

Ceramic fuel cells is the first on economic efficiency and environmentally sound technologies generate electricity from hydrogen, all types of hydrocarbons and hydrogen sulfide, oxygen on the basis of the usual "electric batteries" in the whole range of facilities. Fuel cells produce three times more electricity than is currently the best possible thermal power plants or internal combustion engines. Source gases they have water and carbon dioxide. Fuel cells are very flexible on the choice of power. If the energy is consumed, the fuel cell does not consume as little fuel. The fuel cell is a device that displays the electricity out of chemical reactions between hydrogen and carbon and oxygen. The very fuel-cell device - is layered ceramic and composite, which is the heart of the zirconium oxide electrolyte, which is so many in Ukraine. Other layers is the anode and cathode, which derive electricity out for consumption. Primarily on the development of fuel-cellular lines in Ukraine should be the creation of industrial production technology of fuel cells and batteries based on these generators to produce electricity and heat with a total capacity of 5 kW for their private homes, various community facilities and so on. The experience gained will quickly expand production of high-power, 1 MW or more generators to meet the needs of the energy sector, transport, industry,
