The economic effect is due to a significant increase in hardware performance (reducing changeover time, increasing the feed and processing speed, etc.)., Reduction in the number of times the required number of instruments, reducing the number of operations due to the higher purity of the processing, saving energy by reducing cutting and other efforts_ The annual economic effect only on the introduction of these technologies on only one machine-building plants can be achieved in less than 1 ... 1.5 million UAH.

The unit has a number of systems_ They are: - A system that ensures the process of nitriding of steels in a two-stage vacuum-arc gas discharge, followed by the application of wear-resistant coatings; - Automatic control system of the application of multilayer coatings, which includes the application of nanolayers of different composition to control the thickness of 10 nm or more; - Mixing System 2.3 gases (eg nitrogen, argon, methane) up to 1%, before they overlap in a vacuum chamber, as well as providing automatic maintenance of pressure of the gas mixture at a given level; - Generator high voltage pulses with an amplitude of 2000 V and a frequency of 15 kHz; - Infrared thermometer with a measuring range of the substrate temperature during deposition 100 ... 600 deg. C. The work of these devices, power supplies, as well as the process of obtaining a high vacuum in the chamber is controlled by a computer for a given program.
