The system comprises: - Ultrasound device KTU-1 to control corrosion and residual wall thickness of pipes and products with a flat surface; - SIGMA-T10.1 device to determine the yield stress and sorting of grades of steel drill pipe and tubing; - Mobile complex MagniSKAN-2K (based on the UAZ-3909) for non-contact monitoring of tubing in the field by the magnetic stray fields to detect cracks of arbitrary orientation; - Mobile PLNK-2 (based on GAZ-66, UAZ-3909 and so forth.) For nondestructive testing of oil and gas drilling equipment and tools in the field; - Stationary systems for non-destructive testing of oilfield pipes (made in accordance with the technical requirements of the customer); - Fixed installation POLYMER-4K polyethylene pipes to control during manufacture (wall thickness, diameter, eccentricity); - Service equipment (holders of the "GNOME", cable winch, means hands-free, relays of cable lines and so forth.), As well as piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic inspection of oil pipe and oil and gas equipment.
