PRODUCTION HIGH-MODULUS EXCESS FUNCTIONAL COMPOSERS BY SHARING OF CARBON FIBER FROM PAN-RAW NANOSTRUCTURAL CARBON FILLER AND EPOXY BINDING

Purpose of the development: Conducted research to obtain nanostructured and carbide particles and fibers, primarily from vegetable raw materials, dimensions and properties of which allow you to successfully modify the epoxy matrix, even in high-modulus carbon interelement space of bundles. This greatly increases the adhesive bonds at the fiber-matrix and thus the ball between the strength and stiffness of composites with hydrocarbon plastics. In addition, increases the electrical conductivity of composites, the overall effect of reinforcing fibers and filling conductive, can significantly extend the use of the technique of polymer composites in the application of scarce reinforcing carbon fibers. The increase by 1.5-2 times the performance of products made ??of composite materials.

Recommended application field: Aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: The novelty of the technology lies in the rational use of the above-mentioned physical methods for one loop of fiber prepregs, which are able to realize the swap of carbon fibers in the composite, and reach the level of excess materials by high-properties. In addition, the conductive nature of carbon composites nanomodifikatorov provide new applications (as a shielding and absorbing coatings), which is important at many sites aerospace engineering. The economic effect of the introduction: is obtained by a substantial reduction in price of carbon-fiber products will be imported to Ukraine, as well as through the commercialization of composite materials with enhanced performance properties to the complex internal and external markets. In addition, the phase of the implementation can refuse to invest in creating their own production of high-strength high-modulus carbon fibers.

Description of the development:
()
With the development of aviation and space industry, which is widely used ultralight structural composites, Ukraine is facing a very serious problem - or create their own production of carbon fibers, or to consume imported fiber. However, import restrictions, as well as the vast discrepancy between the carbon-fiber product criterion "for money", forcing manufacturers of composite materials and products from them to use carbon fibers with a sufficiently high level of performance (Japanese T300 fiber type, fiber type, Russian UKN-5000). Therefore, the scientists at the first stage (before the creation of its own production of fibers) faced the problem of finding ways and means of implementation in carbon plastics, where the use of solid medium, - a sharp rise in their properties - the elastic modulus and strength at the expense of new home technology solutions.
