Description of the development:

The production combines the receipt of titanium alloy Ti-Si-x, with the mechanical properties approximate to the mechanical properties of bone, making bone implants, application of nanostructured coatings of bioactive calcium phosphate material and the transition of nanostructured sublayer, which creates a gradient distribution with a high content of silicon on the surface and provides a synergistic effect with the elements of bioactive ceramics, which gives the osteoinductive properties of the surface.
