Purpose of the development: Improving the physical and mechanical, functional and tribological properties of sintered iron- and wear-resistant structural materials due to a combination of alloying with the simultaneous use of new methods of high mechano-chemical processing, sintering, hot pressing and saving raw materials in their manufacture through the use of scarce alloying elements (Mn , Si, etc.). based primarily on the domestic raw material base

Technical and economic effect: The main difference between the proposed technological approach to get sintered structural and wear-resistant materials based on iron-carbon alloys, in contrast to the known methods of preparation, is in wide use for the synthesis of new compounds optimized fusible eutectic alloys were synthesized using mainly domestic raw material base, result will be obtained materials with higher strength characteristics and satisfactory plastic properties.

The proposed technology is based on the principles of building new brands sparingly alloyed sintered iron alloys based on the systems Fe-Si-C (B), Fe-Mn-Si-C (B), Fe-Mn-Ti-C (B) and Fe-Mn - Cu-C (B) with improved physical and mechanical properties and performance due to a combination of doping with optimized compositions of fusible alloys, and the simultaneous use of highly effective new ways of mechano-chemical treatment, activated by reaction sintering and hot stamping.
