TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

NEWEST TECHNOLOGY FOR COMPOSITE POWDER MATERIALS BASED ON FIRE OF SUBSTITUTED ALUMINUM ALLOY USING THE METHODS HOT FORMING


Purpose of the development: Made with the proposed technology products substituted dispersed aluminum alloys are used primarily in the aerospace, automotive and motor-construction industries.

Recommended application field: Machinery and aeronautics

Advantages over analogues: The economic effect of the proposed technology is developed by replacing the composite of many high-aluminum and other alloys of nonferrous metals in the manufacture of machinery parts for different purposes engineering, automotive and aircraft industries.

The development stage readiness: Pre-production model is made

Technical and economic effect: The principal novelty of the proposed technology is the organic combination of mechanochemical synthesis processes, and special methods of hot-pressed billets pressure treatment, all of which allows for the formation of significant hetero-phase structure of the material, which consists of high-strength fine-filler and plastic ties.

Description of the development:

The proposed technology is based on the use of the effects of mechanochemical synthesis reaction (doping), the initial powder mixtures of aluminum powder and nanosized particles of carbide SiC, TiC, B4C, which are then subjected to cold pressing followed by hot forming of porous powder blanks by implementing schemes of deformation with a significant level of landslide strain tensor components.
