() Vacuum ion-plasma deposition of coatings by sputtering magnetrons using the developed device coaxial type, which allows to obtain surface layers with precisely defined stoichiometric composition of the metals Cu, Cr, Fe, Ni, Mo, W, Sn, which acquire the properties of solid lubricants
