When designing machines, the latest achievements of advanced manufacturers of such equipment. Use of high-quality components has allowed foreign firms to achieve high reliability and stable quality machines cut parts. Hypertherm plasma cutting head or Kjellberg with automatic maintenance of the gap between the head and the cut sheet provides a minimum cutting width and high quality edges. Plasma cutting technology produces blanks and parts of complex configuration without the cost of machining the contour. Autogenous cutting torch Gloor provides a steel sheet thickness of 300 mm at a high speed and minimal formation of slag and the bead. CNC system Siemens control moves the cutting heads for a given program nesting, while controlling the operation of the plasma source (U) or supply process gas to the autogenous head (PA). Movement of the cutting head on the display panel of the operator in real time. Entering the program is possible with the drive and PC.
