Creating devices with ultra-high density magnetic recording and storage of information - the actual problem of modern science and technology. The increase in recording density by traditional methods has already reached the limit. At the present time, to preserve digital information using magnetic disks, for which in the non-magnetic substrate layer of magnetic material being recorded.
Description of the development:
() Preparation of nanoscale tapes thickness of 10 - 30 nm based on the magnetically ordered phase of L10-FePt (fct) magnetrons by precipitation using mosaic targets of the metals Fe and Pt with the alloying elements C, Ag, Ni, B, Cu, Au, Sb on the substrate SiO2 or MgO, CrRu, CrMo. Heat treatment is carried out by thermal annealing in nitrogen or vacuum in the temperature range (620 - 970 K) with different heating rates and dwell time. For magnetic recording media using film L10-FePt (fct) can be thermally activated to use the technology of magnetic recording (TAMZ) during cooling from the paramagnetic state.
