Thermoelectricity - a priority the development of science and technology, based on the direct conversion of thermal energy into electrical energy. No moving parts and ability to operate in extreme conditions provide thermoelectric power sources for high reliability and a virtually unlimited service life.
Description of the development:
() Nanoscale film composition CoSb3/SiO2 (100 nm) / Si (001) nm thickness (10 - 50 nm) are obtained by coprecipitation of cobalt and antimony in a vacuum 9.10 Pa at the single-crystal silicon substrate Si (001) covered with a layer of oxide, SiO2, which are at room temperature or heated to a temperature (370 - 570) K. Deposition of Sb ??will be conducted using efuzera, Co - electron-beam method. For the doping tapes will be used Ba, Yb, Tl, Ce, La. For the thermal treatment tapes will be applied annealing in a nitrogen atmosphere or in vacuum in the range (570 - 970) K.
