Purpose of the development: Designed for production of powders from copper and its alloys.

Recommended application field: Metallurgy. Received powders are used in steel production and for selling to customers in various industries.

Technical characteristic: Plant capacity to 50 tons / year. The yield of powders up to 95%. The fraction of less than 250 microns. The cost of electric power 4.0-8.0 W per 1 kg of melt.

Advantages over analogues: Installation characterized by high yield of powders, small power consumption, small size, simplicity and low cost equipment.

Designed manufactured unit allows to obtain powders of copper and its alloys by impact crushing of metallic melts. Possible to produce powders of pure copper, some bronze, brass and copper powders, alloyed with iron, chromium and carbon. Powders of copper, bronze and brass are characterized by traditional properties and application, and is alloyed with copper powder dispersion hardened, wear resistant and heat resistant and effectively used in products that operate at elevated temperatures, loads and speeds.
