NEW TYPE OF INDUSTRIAL EXPLOSIVES


Recommended application field: High-performance, waterproof, environmentally neutral industrial explosives can be used during blasting in quarries, in seismic exploration for oil and gas, to loosen the frozen land, the destruction of the rocky rocks, build roads and tunnels; preparation of foundation pits, destruction of old buildings.

Advantages over analogues: - Creation of a significant amount of environmentally friendly industrial explosives, which, by their hydrodynamic properties are the most powerful industrial explosives available on the market; - The use of this technology allows repeated use of obsolete industrial energy carriers, which would otherwise be exposed to destruction; - Oxygen balance of explosives in a new type of zero, and thus, the number and volume of harmful gases released into the environment as a result of the explosion is minimized.

Technical and economic effect: At the present time in other countries the problem of utilization of powder mostly solved by means of its destruction by burning or explosion, due to the irreparable costs and negative impacts on the environment. The proposed approach is the creation of environmentally friendly (with a zero oxygen balance), of commercial HEs based on this powder.

In the former Soviet republics, including Georgia, is stored a large number of powders and solid rocket fuel disposition of ammunition. The modern practice of offering two ways to destroy them: erosion and burning. Both methods are associated with certain economic costs, as well as environmental problems. Developed countries use special plants for the disposal of such materials. Traditional ways of solving these problems involve the creation of new high explosives (HE) on the basis of having the best properties of the components. In contrast to traditional methods, the essence of the proposed technology is to create a new type of commercial HEs and application, extracted from dismantled missiles / projectiles fuel as a component of the new explosives. This approach, on the one hand, it simplifies the solution of economic and environmental problems associated with disposal of obsolete missiles, and the other contributes to the reduction in prices of industrial explosives. carried out the work also proves that the new explosive materials can be used in a variety of natural conditions, while the use of available water emulsion explosives in wells, corrosive environments associated with the risk samovzryva because certain components of these materials react readily with sulfide rock.
