Purpose of the development: Preparation of the amylolytic enzyme preparations with the degree of purification of G-10X and high-tech features for the food, beer, juice, and ethyl alcohol, wine, starch and syrup production, and medicine.

Recommended application field: Biotechnology, and medicine.

Technical characteristic: The resulting products are high-tech. Characterized by a high temperature optimum of action (65-70 * C), are stable in a wide aisle of pH (2,2-9,0). Competitive compared with drugs that are widely used in many industries.

The technology includes the submerged cultivation of the microorganism-producer on the cheap and available nutrient media developed from waste plant and food industry; selection of the enzyme complex by precipitation with ethanol. The originality of the technology in the use of a new strain of filamentous fungus Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 02 and Aspergillus niger CNMN FD 06 with high and stable power to the synthesis of amylase and a short development cycle (120-140 hours)., the use of methods of direct synthesis of microbial enzymes to use as bioregulators and stimulators of coordination compounds Co (III) with dimethylglyoxime and fluorinated anions.
